Manager Information & Communications Technology Services

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role is required to manage the ICT Services team within the Digital Business Centre division.

This position is a permanent full-time role and is located in Brisbane CBD, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 60% of the time.

This role will lead a dynamic team of professionals along with full cost-centre ownership and budget responsibility of the Service Management, Infrastructure Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and Records and Information Management functions. In addition to the day-to-day operational management of the ICT Services team, the successful applicant will also play a key role in several major transformation programs currently underway under the RTA's Digital Strategy. 

To be successful you will need: 

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
• The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of people at various levels, both internal and external to the organisation
• A record of accountability for the development, monitoring and management of ICT capital and operating budgets
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure both autonomously and within a high-functioning team
• A track record of achievement in complex organisational and technological environments where change is the norm
