Urbanella is a small Property Development & Building company. We currently construct around 15 homes per year, mostly developments of 2-3 houses on a block. We mostly build our own houses to sell which means very little client contact during the building process. This makes building an easier and more productive environment.
Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to the following
- You will be required to order all materials and book in all contractors
- Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
- Being the main site contact for all trades, suppliers & deliveries
- Updating schedule and works progress.
- Making sure the site is clean
- Locking up or unlocking the site
- Picking up deliveries or items from bianco or bunnings etc or organising deliveries.
- If trades don't have materials you’ll be required to get them or order from supplier.
- Assistant with lifting items if trades need a small hand.
- If door handles or small tasks need attending too. The 5 minute rule
- Picking items such as letterboxes, clothesline, assisting in rainwater tank delivery
- Notifying plan sa of different stages via the portal
- Organising trades to fix any unsatisfactory works
Major Benefits:

- Very limited/low contract with clients as we don't build many builds for others. You may deal 1 or 2 clients per year, that's all.

The successful candidate will have:
- Have a carpentry trade background and/ or site supervision experience working with residential new homes
- Drivers license
- Strong project management skills and organisation skills
- Understand the home building process
