Lifely are looking at commencing services in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Kerang and are seeking dedicated, passionate, and committed Residential Support Workers to provide direct care to a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Participant. Contributing to a person-centred care model that goes above and beyond, we aim to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day and build strong relationships.
If you’re interested in joining a team of dedicated, passionate, and committed Residential Support Workers, please submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) which includes availability, reasons you’re keen to work with Lifely and general background/interests. Staff will be part of a team providing 24/7 individual support and care to a resident living in SIL. Staff will be given ongoing personal and professional development opportunities in a positive and supportive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be required to work up to 2 overnight (non-active) shifts per week.
EOI applicants for these positions will have:
- A qualification and/or experience in Disability Services/Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or similar field. Applicants with lived experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong ethics and genuine approach towards participant dignity and safety and Work Health and Safety.
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and respond positively to change.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Dedication to their job and their team.
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- Driver Licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- COVID vaccination (including first booster)
- Proof of Right to work in Australia
