We are looking for an Administrator to join the GemLife resort operations team. A hands-on role, where you will be liaising daily with our valued homeowners!
As the Administrator you will be the GemLife representative and will deliver superb customer service to our homeowners plus manage all the administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the resort. You are a person who thrives on attention to detail and is skilled in Excel, Word and Outlook. This role serves as the vital link between this luxury over 50's resort with the Operational team at head office, ensuring that all the information required is communicated through different programmes, this is where accuracy is of the utmost importance.
- Running the daily operations of the resort in accordance with company policies & procedures, cleanliness & safety
- Ensuring that all common areas are of the highest standard
- Communicating effectively with residents living in the resort and working through challenges presented in a professional and understanding manner
- Managing the front office and performing the required administration tasks
To be successful you will:
- Possess administration experience in a similar role
- Be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hold a current Drivers licence.
- Love what you do & be interested in a long-term career with our company
- Demonstrate previous experience in administration.
