We're seeking multi-skilled Resort Operations Officers to join our team and help us maintain our resort's excellence throughout the changing seasons.
As a Resort Operations Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our resort, adapting seamlessly to seasonal changes and ensuring that our facilities and infrastructure are in top condition year-round. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the delivery of capital works projects.
- Operate and maintain plant and equipment to comply with relevant statutory and legislative codes for safe operation of all equipment.
- Operation of plant and machinery to safely facilitate snow clearing and snow management activities on village roads and car parks within the resort
- Operation of plant and machinery for civil construction and maintenance works on resort infrastructure
- Actively participate in the development of SWMS, JSA’s and relevant OHS practices for all works
- Maintain accurate reporting, recording of and documentation of all maintenance and work projects.
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to identify process and procedure improvements for overall efficiency and safety performance.
- Liaise and maintain excellent communication and a respectful attitude towards all staff, managers, and internal and external customers.
Skills we are looking for:
- Worksafe Induction Certificate/White Card
- Current Driver's license (MR endorsement desirable)
- Experience with civil construction works and machinery operation
- Ability to organise, plan and execute workloads
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to undertake manual labour
- Experience with operating and maintaining heavy plant and equipment
- Basic computer literacy skills
