About the opportunity
As a Resource Planner at RACV Solar, you’ll work closely with our operations and service teams to support the efficient installation of solar power systems in Victoria.
This includes:
- Scheduling installation activity for all inhouse & subcontractor delivery teams.
- Communicate effectively with installation, service, and other team members to relay important information and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of scheduling activities, including job management systems, SWMS, pre/post install documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse team, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Liaising with the service teams to coordinate site equipment.
- Managing customer communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in business support/administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong computer literacy
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to contribute to and achieve team goals while managing own schedule independently.
- Strong organizational skills for autonomous work with minimal supervision
Other requirements
- Successful appointment to this position will require a police check.
- Valid Passport/Working rights in Australia.
- Experience in trades and construction industry would be advantageous.
