About the role
Clinical Diagnostic Unit is a combined Cardiac, Neurological and Respiratory diagnostic testing department.
The Respiratory Scientists role is to conduct routine and complex lung function testing on outpatients as well as hospital inpatients. You will work closely with the Respiratory Consultants and develop interim reports.
The successful candidate will have:
- Certified Respiratory Function Scientist with the Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science (ANZSRS)
- Tertiary qualifications - Bachelor Science, Bachelor Applied Science or equivalent
- Experience in performing respiratory function measurements
- Previous experience in setting up a new lung function testing service (Desirable)
