Lead a cross-trained team of 30+ employees in a high volume restaurant. Take ownership of the restaurant and drive results through rostering, waste control and staff management.About the Role:
- Take full ownership of a QSR restaurant ensuring all aspects are running to a high standard.
- Complete and maintain weekly duties such as rostering, recruitment, stock management and restaurant compliance.
- Ensure the guest experience is kept to a high standard.
- Responsible for key business metrics and KPIs such as labour, COGs and sales targets.
- Engage and lead community-based programs aimed to give back and support local community groups.
- 2+ years leading teams in a fast paced environment
- Hospitality experience and a passion for the industry
- Ability to analyse and interpret reports and results and implement initiatives to drive success and change.
- A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and great food quality.
- Positive attitude with a solution focused mindset.
- Attractive Salary and bonus package - up to $68k plus super
