The Opportunity
Post Restaurant is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to complement our management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced F&B Attendants or Team Leaders to step up and bring your experience to a premium venue setting. The role will expose you to a variety of different offerings, including in-room dining services for hotel guests and premium breakfast experiences, to help you develop a varied hospitality skill set.
About the Role
- Develop front-of-house staff, leading alongside the Venue Manager in setting service standards.
- Hands-on involvement providing an excellent standard of service.
- Provide support to a variety of events within Post Restaurant, the Postal Hall space and Cape Arid Rooms.
- Implement operational procedures while supported by the wider State Buildings F&B Directors.
About You
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in F&B service.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to deliver memorable experiences to every guest.
- Obtained an RSA certificate and Approved Managers (preferred).
