Coordinate daily front of house and event operations
Reporting to the director
Plan ahead to bookings and weather conditions
Oversee function coordinator and bookings
Deliver superior service and drive customer satisfaction
Assists in promotions and marketing exercises
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Organise and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Stock control and ordering
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Onboarding of new staff members
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
