About the role
As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our growing business, expand and thrive . You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Manage day today, financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Collaborating with External Accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives
- Develop a high performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred)
Proven experience in finance, leadership role, preferably in a fast paced and growing business
