Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of Goon BBQ, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Candidates with at least 2 years of work experience in restaurant management and the ability to speak Korean are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning Menus:
- Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative and appealing menus that reflect our brand and meet customer preferences.
- Plan and organize special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
- Arrange the purchasing of goods and manage pricing strategies within budget to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions to ensure smooth operations and effective financial management.
- Ensure our dining facilities comply with health regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and attractive appearance.
- Interact with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service, and implement improvements as needed.
- Select, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders when necessary to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to speak Korean is preferred.
