The Role:
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- assisting with food and beverage preparation
- provide feedback to management on operational improvements
- ordering, cost and stock management
- rostering
- maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene
- ensuring smooth daily operations by developing and implementing procedures
- ensuring exceptional communication and service for customers
The position requires:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
- have a right to work in Australia
- previous experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant
- must be fully available over a 7 day roster
- be able to work under pressure
- be a team player with excellent communication skills
- highly organised and efficient
- strong interpersonal skills
- exceptional attention to detail
