- Previous proven food and beverage managerial experience;
- Create exceptional dining experiences for our guests;
- Responsible for stock control, rostering, recruiting and financial reporting;
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor management teams whilst maintaining a supportive, positive and fun workplace;
- Regularly training and developing the Front of House staff customer service skills, sequence of service as well as food and beverage knowledge;
- Handling all guests and reviews, complaints and feedback-ensuring the restaurant works towards improvements;
- Ensure that the standards and procedures are consistently maintained in all areas of the restaurant operation;
- Promote higher level of restaurant cleanliness;
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Must hold a valid RSA.
