Qualifications & experience
- Hold a hospitality management certificate
- RSA qualification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Mature minded, energetic and customer service orientated
- Have experience in restaurant or catering management
Tasks & responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Undertake administration duties such as managing restaurant budgets, invoicing and driving sales growth
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock takes and manage the cash flow of the site
- Ensure restaurant compliance with work health safety regulations
- Be responsible for workforce management, including recruiting, roster, training and staff performance
- Prepare reports as requested, including staff hours and food control
- Due to the nature of our industry, it will also be expected you work public holidays
