The RoleWe're looking for an experienced

Wine Experience Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the
Wolf Blass Cellar Door, including the development and execution of consumer experiences, with a strong focus on luxury wine, customer service, and event and site marketing.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:- Lead and oversee the Cellar Door including delivery of a superior visitor experience in all areas
- Develop best in class Wine Experiences for consumers, review regularly and ensure execution to the highest level
- Work with management to develop and execute plans to grow visitation and attract corporate/private events, tour groups, corporate tastings and other new revenue opportunities
- Management of casual staff including rosters, training and recruitment
- Manage stock control, meet revenue sales targets and KPI's
- Management of bookings and POS system
- Develop social media and marketing content to promote the venue
- Ensure that all processes, RSA and Penali policies are adhered, and that the workplace is safe, inclusive and free from harassment or discrimination
- Serve as Manager on Duty

Qualifications and Experience:- High level wine knowledge and wine communication skills
- Strong strategic planning skills to develop initiatives (sales drivers) to achieve targeted results.
- Previous experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years.
- Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload.
- RSA badge.
