The position of Reception & Administration Assistant with Gallus is the perfect opportunity to join a great team and develop your career. Previous real estate experience is preferable, but we are open to training up a strong administrator with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be available to work full-time completing all duties whilst ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.
What will the day-to-day look like?
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls and emails with knowledge and confidence;
- Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
- Support our project and development management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity;
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve administration efficiency and client satisfaction.
What skills and experience do I need?
- 2-3 years of prior administration or reception experience;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Passion and desire to help others succeed;
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
