Kuro Beko is a modern dining restaurant inspired by Japanese street.
We are new restaurant, situated in Duggan Lane of Grand Central Toowoomba, a destination dining precinct. We will open mid-September 2022. Our approach to Japanese food is complemented by quality of wine and Japanese beverages. We aim to create a place alike to fun and energetic.
Looking after our guests is what we do, and we believe that by fostering a fun and supportive work environment, our staffs are able to do what they do best: provide amazing service that keeps people coming back. About You
- Positive and growth mindset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (prefer more than 2years)
- Hard-working and efficient and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- RSA required
Responsibilities
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
