About the Role
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Food and Beverage in the operations of the Food & Beverage department according to the company standard. Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the day-to-day functioning of the Resort’s Food and Beverage outlets, the Food & Beverage Operations Manager will assist in managing the food & beverage outlets in the absence of the Director.
Other responsibilities include maximizing profitability, meeting and exceeding customer’s needs and service expectations, ensuring team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard, and training and supporting all team members in all areas of the operation.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Food and Beverage Manager role
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under the QLD Liquor Licensing Laws
- Authorization to live and work in Australia
- Competent in barista and Beverage making duties (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated Food and Beverage skills, including a la carte and bar service (highly regarded)
- Food Safety Course (Essential)
- Current QLD RSA certificate (Essential)
- Espresso Coffee Making (Desirable)
- RMLV certificate or ability to complete
