We are calling for an energetic Restaurant Manager to join one of Australia’s leading food retailers, with contemporary restaurants across the country!
About the role:
- Team Leadership - recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, and champion a positive, collaborative, and energetic work environment
- Customer Experience - ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests
- Operations Management - oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Financial Performance - monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
About You:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the QSR or casual dining setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high performing teams and promoting a positive work culture
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience ensuring proscribed operational standards
- Community minded
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
