Responsibilities:
✅Creating a positive venue experience, maintaining high standards with food and beverage operations
✅Ensuring an exceptional and consistent level of service in a clean and professional environment
✅Managing the bookings for the restaurant in line with operational requirements
✅Developing and implementing procedures for handling customer complaints
✅Having a working knowledge of running functions and work with the Functions Coordinators to ensure a successful function/event
✅Actively participating in regular weekly
✅Management meetings including monthly P&L and
✅End of Month meetings
What you bring to the role
✅Demonstrate financial management experience and attention to detail with the ability to manage and understand the financial processes of the venue including P&L reports, forecasting, budgeting, and costing.
✅Experience in leading and managing busy teams, and building positive and innovative work environments.
✅A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, which exceed expectations
✅Ability to manage time, stress, set priorities, plan and organise own week and that of team
✅Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communications skills
✅Weekly reports to the business Director
✅Honest, reliable, creative and willing to go above and beyond when necessary
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Career minded
Minimum 2 years proven experience
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Experienced in faced paced environments
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
