The Role
We are looking for the services of an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager for our business in Brisbane. This pivotal role will take control of the daily operations of the restaurant, drive and inspire a team of hospitality professionals and deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a friendly and innovative team player ready to jump on board and become part of Brisbane's social precinct iconic venue.
Reporting to an accomplished Venue Manager, this role will be highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.
What we need:
• A naturally friendly and engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills
• First-rate food and wine knowledge
• High volume restaurant background
• Impeccable presentation
• Business financial acumen
• Table booking system knowledge is desired but not essential
You must hold RSA and RMLV.
