Lilies Restaurant at the famous Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an immediate start. The position is full-time, 38 hours per week, across five consecutive days. Weekend availability required.
The position will be challenging; you will oversee our small team, with a very hands-on approach, as we feed our many hungry guests.
All the usual bits and bobs have to be looked after including stock ordering and control, staff recruitment and rostering, cost control, people management (sometimes even the odd bit of conflict resolution!) and above all, customer serving & service.
In addition to feeding the masses we also provide some delightfully tasty food to our visiting lunch groups and the occasional after-hours visitors. Cooking skills will be highly regarded.
If you have reliable transport and would love a relaxing daily drive to work along the beautiful, world renowned Captain Cook Highway then this may be the job for you!
To be successful you will need to be able to relate well to all kinds of people and be quick-witted, quick-thinking and quick-acting!
