is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2 years of work experience in similar position and a relevant Diploma.
This is a full-time role with an annual remuneration of $70,000 - $75,000 per year plus superannuation
The manager is expect to take resposibilities over
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Planning menus
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Pormoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stcok levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Assessing and improving profitability.
- making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
Spice Den is a Thai-based Modern Asian Fusion restaurant.
Having great understanding of Thai/ Asian food is a great advantage.
