We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Okami Brunwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

▪ Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
▪ Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
▪ Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant.
▪ Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
▪ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.

Requirements:

▪ Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar establishment
