We are seeking managers with a passion for Asian cuisine and a proven track record in hospitality retail management to join our team at Noodlebox Fairfield and Noodlebox Kirwan. This role is pivotal in maintaining our standards of quality and service, overseeing the daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day operations including wok cooking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Manage inventory and restocking of supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage any concerns or complaints.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe workplace as per the Townsville City Council regulations.
- Leading the team to meet the sales targets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as rostering, electronic payroll, ordering, and quality control.
Qualifications:
- An in-depth understanding of Asian-inspired dishes and source fresh ingredients locally, like Thai basil leaves and bok choy.
- Experience in leading a small team (5-10 staff members).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily store operations effectively.
