Job description

Eat GRK is calling out for an experienced Restaurant Managerto lead our team and oversee the venue operations at our Rouse Hill location.

ABOUT US:

We are a fast, casual dining restaurant who prides itself on serving fresh slow cooked meats the authentic ancient Greek kitchen way- over charcoal!

Located in a premium site within the bustling Rouse Hill Town Centre, our team fosters a strong work ethic based on producing mouth watering meals and delivering outstanding customer service. 

ABOUT YOU:

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in management within the restaurant/hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and the ability to build valuable relationships effortlessly is imperative.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to drive consistency and excellence
  • Ability to translate direction into action and implement and follow up on company policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources
  • Excellent presentation, communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently
  • Experience with all aspects of staff rostering and management
  • Highly motivated natural leader who doesnt hesitate to be hands on
  • Positive and energetic attitude with the ability and experience to engage, lead and motivate a large team
  • Proactive with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work a roster which includes nights and weekends
  • Have all necessary working rights

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a hands on Manager who leads by example and has the ability to inspire and mentor a team. 

This role involves the responsibility for managing all restaurant operations including service, staffing and recruitment, food, stock management, reporting and financial systems. You will be responsible for building customer and team rapport and for delivering an exceptional guest experience alongside an experienced Head Grill Cook, Front of House Supervisor and Back of House Supervisor.

You will have the ability to coordinate and optimize front- and back-of-house restaurant operations, train and develop your team and drive a culture of providing highest quality food and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting role for a Manager with a passion for food and the industry, is results driven and is dedicated to leading people and performance in a fast paced environment.
