Restaurant Manager

Butchers Buffet Strathfield is the hot spot for locals and guests. Our meats and food selections have

been carefully picked, freshly prepared, and deliciously made.

We're seeking a vibrant, customer service and operation-focused person with a passion for Korean food & BBQ to lead the team and take the business to the next level.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will ensure the front-of-house team is trained and engaged to create exceptional and

personalised dining experiences.

Skills and experience

·       Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment

·       A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor

·       Advanced planning, decision making and organisational skills

·       Team player with strong leadership capability

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Rostering, stock taking, sta¾ training and excellent customer service standard.

·       Recruiting, training and managing a capable team

·       Building & costing rosters

·       Knowledge of Korean/Asian food as well as BBQ

·       Managing POS and bookings systems

·       Dealing with customer feedback

·       Planning and organising special functions

·       Maintaining records of stock levels
