Salary: $70,000 Plus 11% Superannuation
Hours: 38-40 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: Shop No - 4/41 - 55 Leakes Rd, Laverton North VIC 3026
Experience required: 2 years plus experience in relevant roles

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about vegetarian cuisine, dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and committed to upholding the values that define Chatkora's unique dining experience. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including revenue growth and cost control measures
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold Chatkora's brand standards
• Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, implementing changes to enhance the restaurant's competitiveness and reputation
Requirements:
• Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
