The Sandy site offers world class golfing and driving range facilities, as well as our licensed café offering both inside and alfresco terrace cater to our guests with everything from grab and go, group events, and an overall casual dining experience.
At Sandy Links our 18-hole links provides a true Sandbelt experience for the public golfer from the beginner to a single figure handicapper, we are a family environment offering features of our putting course and a world class driving range.
Sandy Golf Links Café is the perfect place to grab a coffee and food before a game or join in with your friends for an after-game refreshment in our licensed facility, all whilst overlooking our state of the art 30 bay driving range and course.
Due to the continued growth and needs of our customers, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our ever-growing team.
The role
Reporting into the General Manager, we’re looking for an individual who can co-ordinate all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, whilst overseeing and supporting the growth of our Food & Beverage team.
As a critical member of our leadership team, this position is chartered with the opportunity to make the business their own, to grow the business performance, expand our food service offerings and deliver exceptional customer experience for all of our customers.

You will be the face of our Food and Beverage business and main point of contact for the continued growth and reputation of our café facility.
This is a hands-on role which requires strong management, business development and performance achievement, administration, time management, relationship building, organisation, and people development skills.
As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers & guests. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role, in a fast past environment.
- Highly regarded, energetic and self-motivated individual who brings creativity and ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- A leader who thrives in developing employees through training & upskilling
- Strong work ethic, passion, and a genuine love of hospitality to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Demonstrate excellent time & resource management skills.
- Stock control, wastage management, and menu creation is essential.
- Use initiative and manage daily workloads to ensure smooth operations of the business.
- An advocate and achievement driven individual who is passion about growth and agile for change.
- Demonstrated budget control and tracking in all areas of operations.
- Experience in managing all aspects of a Licensed Hospitality facility.
Available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including evenings and weekends.
