Premier International Business Pty Ltd, established in 2013, proudly operates the esteemed dining establishment known as Fawkner Kebab House, situated at 50 Bonwick Street, Fawkner, Victoria- 3060. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team at the above location.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with patrons to evaluate their satisfaction with meals and service.
- Address customer inquiries and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Collaborate with the head chef to plan and curate menus.
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination among kitchen, bar, and wait staff.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate personnel.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, as well as order restaurant supplies within budgetary constraints.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage cash transactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation regulations.
- Uphold compliance with licensing laws and other legal obligations.
- Foster effective communication with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Welcome patrons, facilitate table reservations, and provide guidance on menu and wine selections.
- Coordinate catering arrangements with clients.
- Supervise the provision and upkeep of crockery, cutlery, detergents, and kitchenware.
- Plan and execute special functions and events in accordance with customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant qualifications in restaurant management.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate a customer-service orientation, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Benefits:
Successful candidates can anticipate a competitive remuneration package of AU$75,000 per annum, plus superannuation, for a full-time permanent position spanning 38 hours per week.
