The LANA Head office is in Sydney with teams throughout Asia.
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Australian-based team. Note, as the role is work from home you can be located anywhere in Australia but will be working AEST hours.
The ideal candidate will be the type of person that geeks out on all things technical like phone applications and how they work to improve lives and keep people organised and better connected. You will have a interest in systems and processes, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to various marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, live webinars, email campaigns and more.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as communication, market research, customer service, sales, and sales & marketing. The role will involve assisting in various marketing activities, supporting the sales team, conducting research, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email and paid advertising.
- Assist with creating engaging content for social media platforms, email and paid advertising.
- Identify and engage with potential partners to work with our team as coaches and trainers
- Develop and execute product roll outs with the internal team and our partners
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media metrics.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- You will report to the CEO and ensure you close the loop on tasks in a timely and effective manner working with multiple stakeholders within the business including dev and support teams.
Qualifications
