We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.
Title：Restaurant Manager
Salary: 70,000-85,000
Full-Time
Experience required: at least 2- 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
Job Duties:
- Maintaining operations of the restaurant including policies and standard operating procedures
- Controlling purchasing costs and inventory
- Enhancing guest satisfaction by identifying operational shortfalls and implementing corrective actions
- Recruiting, training, rostering, coaching staff
- Motiving and managing team members
- Planning menus in consultation with kitchen staff
- Quality & service
- Venue & compliance
- Sales & Marketing
- Building presentation & maintenance
- Occupation health & safety
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
- In depth knowledge of food and wine
- The ability to control the financial performance of Gimlet
- We are looking for a generous manager, someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and love for what they do.
