A position as a full time Restaurant Manager is available at Baia di Vino in Sandrigham.
The candidate must have an excellent team work ethic, impeccable presentation, excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English and available to work nights and weekends.
We offer ongoing training and growth within the business. Salary specified plus super.
Experience Needed: Diploma or equivalent
Duties:
- Administering all phases of front-of-house operations (from reservations, to hosting, and all aspects of customer service)
- Planning and executing functions and special events in consultation with key management personnel
- Managing, training and supervising a team of food and beverage staff
- Stock maintenance, purchasing, and adhering to budgets
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S, food handling and related codes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $72,000 - $80,000/ year plus super
