SalaryOrso Thai restaurant is the only one Thai in the Stanthorpe area. We cook authentic Thai food and serve to customers in the area and surrounded and tourist in both dine in and takeaway. We open 6 days a week and closed on Mondays. We are looking for manager who can speak Thai language to manage our growing Thai client matters.
About the role:
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• promoting and marketing the business
• overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
• handling customer enquiries and complaints
• taking reservations
• greeting and advising customers
• problem solving
• preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• keeping statistical and financial records
• assessing and improving profitability
• setting targets
• handling administration and paperwork
• recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• control and monitor food cost.
• balance the register at the end of the shift ensuring a high level of accuracy, recording the daily report and honesty.
Skills and experience:
· Graduate of Diploma in Leadership and management or Diploma in Hospitality
· Fluent in Thai language.
- Leadership experience
- Prior experience as either a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager.
- You must have at least 3 years of working experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
