We're looking for candidates with:

• 6+ years of leadership in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas).
• Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude.
• Customer-first approach, empowering your team.

While weekend and holiday shifts are expected, we don't work overnights.

As a Grill'd Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with Area Managers for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
• Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
• Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
• Engage with local community groups through our local matters program.
• Utilize strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
