This is a great opportunity to manage, lead and develop one of the most popular venues in the Clare Valley. This role is looking for a community-minded and hard-working leader.
The Role
The Manager reports directly to the owner and is responsible for the effective management of hotel operations to ensure budgets and targets are met.
This includes day-to-day venue management whilst providing leadership and strategic planning.
The Manager leads by example and encourages a customer focused culture, efficient operations, team development, profits, KPIs are met, marketing, WHS and community engagement.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements in all departments of the Venue.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in Gaming Machine operations an advantage
* RSA and RP badge
* Be available to work over a 5 day roster
* Hospitality or business management experience
