Qualifications & experience
- Hold a current RSA
- Demonstrated experience in management, either restaurant, events or hotels
- Experience in create and costing beverage menus
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage restaurant enquires and reservations
- Coordinate and schedule the FOH team
- Manage ordering, inventory, budgets
- Lead the team to create positive memorable guest experiences
- Liaise with hotel operations team daily
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Coordinate an execute flawless weddings & events
