Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service and parts department that includes a team of Service Advisors, Parts Interpreter and Technicians. Your role includes a focus on meeting and exceeding financial, customer, manufacturer, and Dealership targets, driving efficiencies within the business to ensure success for the dealership, managing and coaching the team, working closely with other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the service and parts departments, reporting and general service administration where required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the service and parts departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to each customer.
- Experience mentoring, leading, and helping teams to meet KPIs.
- Meeting the owners’ requirements
About you:
- Previous experience working as a Fixed Operations Manager or Service Manager in an Automotive workshop in the past 5 years. Will also consider Assistant Service Managers wanting to step up.
- Experience in managing teams with a proven track record of achieving KPI’s and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
