Who we're seeking??
We are seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager who is looking to progress their career to join our team. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by leading and motivating a team to deliver quality food & beverage services. Your dedication to Voyages' values of Trust, Respect, Excellence, and Courage will shine through as you manage daily operations, promote a safe working environment, and build positive relationships with both guests and coworkers. Your strong communication skills, commitment to achieving business goals, and ability to handle conflicts with ease will be key in driving the department's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff management and staffing strategies for efficient operations
Promote safe work practices and responsible service of alcohol
Drive customer service excellence and maintain up-to-date product knowledge

$72,307.69 per Annum+ Superannuation | 38-40 hours per week

Key Duties??
Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
Encourage safe work practices and security controls for people and assets with an emphasis on safe food practices and responsible service of alcohol.
Supporting and promoting training throughout the Zone ensuring all compliance, skills, development, and mandatory training are being attended by staff as required.
Ensuring open communication between Food and Beverage, Maintenance, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure detailed and correct preparations for arriving groups has been undertaken.

Successful applicants must have:?
Demonstrated experience in a multi-outlet environment or extensive background within a 5-star hotel, resort or casino at a Restaurant Manager level
Exceptional knowledge in food & beverage operations
Strong conflict resolution skills at a departmental level ?
