The role…
The Restaurant Manager will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and will be accountable for the efficient operation of the Three Founders restaurant, Springs Bar & Terrance and in-room dining as well as assisting with our Conference & Events function. You'll have exceptional customer service skills to manage guest expectations as well as a willingness to go above and beyond in providing leadership and support to the front of house team.

We’re looking for…
- Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage leadership role
- Extensive food, wine & beverage knowledge
- A genuine love of the hospitality industry and great service
- Good business acumen and proven experience with forecasting & cost control
- Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
- Hands on experience with training, coaching, motivating and developing a large team and strong culture
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Full working rights in Australia
