The resort boasts state of the art conferencing & events facilities, a trio of dining options and various amenities for guests to enjoy. We’re looking for a well rounded Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team.
A day in the life
Building on the continued success and increased profile of our food and beverage offering including our signature restaurant Number One, we are now looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager to drive and manage the Front of House team to continue to grow and deliver exceptional service to our members and guests.
Having worked at a senior level, you will have the capacity to lead, influence and promote change whilst ensuring high performance including managing budgets, P&L and rostering. The role is responsible for Number One Restaurant and casual dining venues (Whites Paddock and Harding's Lounge) and in-room dining operations.
In the role, you’ll report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and assist with the smooth operation of all outlets.

We’re looking for…
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel or fine dining restaurant environment.
- Extensive food, wine & beverage knowledge.
- Good business acumen and proven experience with forecasting & cost control.
- Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture.
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
