Job Description:As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring outstanding service to our guests. Your role includes, but is not limited to:
- Lead and inspire a team for top-notch service.
- Manage budgets and work towards financial targets.
- Provide ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends.
- Recruiting Staff
- Effectively handle day-to-day operations, which includes roster management.
- Address customer complaints, feedback, and promptly resolve any issues.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain quality control for food and beverage offerings.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the restaurant's overall performance.
- Meet financial objectives by controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Familiarity with fast-paced shifts, adaptable to change.
- Focus on the 'patron experience', able to teach and problem-solve seamlessly to maintain a calm atmosphere.
- Highly personable, knowledgeable, and able to effectively connect with our Chefs, service staff, and patrons.

How you’ll enhance our team:
Significant hospitality management experience, ideally delivering high-end service and managing the floor.
Reporting directly to the Directors, your primary responsibility is to coordinate the seamless running of the restaurant.
