We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will need to demonstrate  the ability to deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew , whilst ensuring at all times a high standard of service and restaurant operations while promoting a positive work culture .

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and experience at all times
• Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
• Work closely with the chef and owners to help create innovative menus that work well within our restaurant
• Having consideration for our budgets being responsible for the purchase and sales or required stock
• Being responsible for the planning and smooth operation of functions and reservations
• Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement
• Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily
• Always ensure that health and safety regulations are met
• Being responsible for the restaurant's overall appearance and also functionality 
• Creating a personal rapport with our customers and strive to exceed their expectations 
• Selecting and employing new staff when necessary
• Training and supervising floor staff to ensure our service is always as desired, and step into assisting customers as required

Requirements:

• Possess at least two years experience in a similar role
• Be consistent and able to work well in a team
• Be able to work in a busy restaurant always delivering exceptional service
