The Role
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for two highly experienced FAST FOOD Restaurant Managers to join their business in Goulburn & Marulan. Responsibilities will include;

• Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
• Daily Stock control
• Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
• Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
• Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant
• Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
• Ability to achieve financial budgets

About You
It is essential that the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years previous retail experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast food. Your strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to multi task, forward think and negotiate with people at all levels are essential; coupled with theability to demonstrate results and performance.
