Restaurant Supervisor

Gambaro Group, is seeking an experienced & passionate Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our enthusiastic team at Gambaro Seafood Restaurant. 

With four central Brisbane venues, the successful candidate will have an exciting and diverse role to fill within Gambaro Group. 

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead & drive our Team to deliver memorable guest experiences in line with our brand and reputation.

 Required Skills & Attributes:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high volume/A la Carte restaurant/s
• Excellent knowledge of new world and old world wines
• W.S.E.T Level 2 or 3 highly regarded
• Train new employees and ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Effective in planning, time management and decision making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Immaculate presentation and lead by example
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, engaging and professional approach
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Curating an unforgettable and personalized experience for our guests from start to finish
• Able to take directions and work autonomously
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
