Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Venue Manager and CEO
- Supervise daily operations of the bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train, motivate, and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Create and execute innovative themed cocktail menus.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels to meet demand.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
