Restaurant Supervisor – Atrium

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of multiple aspects of the Restaurant, this includes all training and development activities, consumable management and health and safety requirements within the Atrium Restaurant according to business requirements.
To excel in this role, you will lead by example, maintain & manage the high-quality customer service we deliver and supervise the day-to-day operations reporting into the Assistant Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years working in a supervisory or management position within a large-scale venue.
- 5 – 7 years hospitality experience (Ideally within Food & Beverage)
- Strong communication skills and excellent leadership qualities
- Demonstrated competency of food & beverage product and business knowledge
- Exceptional planning, communication, and conflict negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employees.
- Previously worked within a 5-star organisation is preferred.
