ABOUT YOU
To be considered for any of these positions, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years' experience required in a similar position.
Proven ability to oversee busy breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts while running the front of house of the restaurant.
Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
Must be able to carry 3 plates.
Fluent English and well groomed
RSA Certificate essential.
Experience on computerised POS systems.
Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
