About the role:Our Restaurant Team Leaders provide effective supervision and support to a small team to carry out day to day operations. Team Leaders assists to maintain a high-quality standard to achieve business outcomes and to provide excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business in the restaurant.
This role will focus on providing specific coaching, sometimes on a one-to-one basis, enabling employees with a disability to develop skills that meet key performance outcomes for the hospitality and retail business services. Key Responsibilities:Support employees to effectively deliver hospitality products and services to customers and daily restaurant procedures were met
Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge that assists Supported Employees to develop skills and to achieve their employment goals
Provided effective operational leadership, that increases team productivity and creates a positive values-focused culture
Engage customers and create a positive experience within the hospitality space
